Selleo, a software house specializing in web application development, needed a platform that would help developers, designers, and testers develop competencies in a structured way. Educational materials were scattered across many places and documents, making effective learning and knowledge management difficult. The team lacked one central place combining learning, knowledge verification, and certification - simple enough for people to actually use.

For Selleo, we implemented a dedicated platform that gathered scattered knowledge, previously spread across drives and documents, in one place. Materials were organized into structured courses covering both technical competencies and soft skills practiced through simulated conversations. The platform was equipped with a statistics panel for tracking progress and monitoring user activity, plus group functionality that makes it easier to enroll in courses and control upcoming deadlines. The whole experience was designed for scalability, ease of use, and everyday usefulness.
