The problem

Buying a system is not the same as implementing it

The hardest part begins shortly after the purchase decision. The board expects visible results right away. Employees wait for meaningful content. IT asks about data, access, and security. Meanwhile, L&D is left with a project expected to deliver results, even though nobody planned it as a pilot.

01

A scope that is too broad

The pilot covers half the organization, so it cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe and produces no conclusive result.

02

IT and Security

Questions about data, SSO, and permissions emerge when the test group launches instead of during week zero.

03

No clear definition of success

Without metrics agreed at the start, only soft signals remain. The board needs a clear answer showing what changed in measurable terms.

Who it is for

This webinar is for you if

You are responsible for HR, L&D, employee development, or training in an organization with 500+ employees

You are planning your first AI pilot in L&D for Q4 2026 or including it in the 2027 budget

You need to show the board more than simply launching an AI solution

You want to know how much work will realistically sit with HR, IT, and the vendor

You have processes, systems, or requirements that may not fit an off-the-shelf standard

You are looking for a small, safe starting point that can later scale to other areas

Agenda

What will we cover during the webinar?

Week by week: from selecting the process to preparing the report the board will use to decide whether to scale.

Week 0

Scope and definition of success

Selecting the process and test group, and defining precisely what success means.

Week 1

Environment and access

Instance, SSO, roles, permissions, and source materials.

Week 2

Content production

Turning documents into a course and obtaining subject-matter expert approval.

Week 3

Test group launch

The first participants and AI Mentor supporting them as they learn.

Week 4

Role-play and simulations

One scenario practiced using real situations from the workplace.

Week 5

Measurement

Pre/post assessment, activity, time, quizzes, and participant feedback.

Week 6

Report and scaling decision

A board-ready report and recommendation: scale, improve, or stop.

We will walk through the full timeline and divide responsibilities between HR, IT, and the vendor.

Product and process alignment

He is responsible for the implementation side: integrations, permissions, and situations where the standard solution must be adapted to the processes of organizations with 500+ employees.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will this be a product demo?

No. We will show how to run a pilot: selecting the scope, building the timeline, measuring results, and reporting them. Product screens will appear only where they illustrate a specific step.

Is the webinar suitable for companies with fewer than 500 employees?

We prepared the material for organizations with 500+ employees, where HR, IT, and Security are involved in the pilot. Smaller companies will also benefit, although some topics involving permissions and integrations may be more than they need.

Will a recording be available?

Yes. We will send the recording and materials to the email address provided in the form, even if you cannot attend live.

Will you cover IT and Security?

Yes. We will explain what to prepare before speaking with IT: data and processing location, SSO, roles, permissions, retention, and audits. You will also receive a one-pager to share with the team.

How much work will HR need to do?

We will provide a realistic week-by-week workload—from choosing the process and subject-matter expert to communicating with the test group—and show what the vendor takes care of.

Will you show how to measure the pilot's impact?

Yes. We will cover pre/post measurement, activity, learning time, quiz results, and feedback, followed by the structure of a board-ready report.
